Pam believes firmly that organisations, teams and individuals apply particular and collective capabilities to growing, maintaining or diminishing the unique value add of their roles, and that it is essential for these capabilities to be contextually recognized and enriched for mutual benefit.

As Proprietor of AFRICA TALENT, Pam works as Lead Consultant and Organisational Development Practitioner.  Based on client-specific environments and needs, she project manages teams of professionals with appropriate skills to ensure that the needs of clients are met.

She also works as an Associate of Bioss Southern Africa as a Consultant, Trainer, Assessor and Organisational Development Practitioner.

Accreditation:

Pam trained as an IRIS and MWR Practitioner (Matrix of Working Relationships Analyst) in 1999 and has been Training and Accrediting IRIS (Initial Recruitment Interview Schedule) Practitioners and Associates internationally since 2002 for Bioss SA.

She was accredited as a CPA (Career Path Appreciation) Practitioner in 2003 and added her conversion to MCPA Practitioner in 2004.   Pam works extensively with MWR, IRIS, CPA and MCPA technologies, carrying out individual assessments, training and consulting work in her personal capacity as well as Associate of Bioss SA.

Pam extended her accreditations in January 2009 to include administering and providing evaluative coaching using COPAS (Cognitive and Potential Assessment) through Integrity International.

Projects:

Pam has project managed training, team building, job analysis and profiling, succession planning and talent management projects in Cameroon, Uganda, Rwanda, Malawi, South Africa, Swaziland, Botswana, Tanzania, Zambia and Sri Lanka in her personal capacity as well as on behalf of Bioss SA for some of their major clients.  She has also worked as a team member on Bioss SA project teams in many of the countries mentioned as well as Mozambique.

Since 1999, input into project teams as an Associate of Bioss SA has included assessments, job analysis and work profiling, training and practitioner accreditation as well as organisational development work with clients such as:
